A LEGACY BORN FROM PASSION
Siet was first founded in 1997 by Simone Nencioni,a technical consultant and software provider to numerous metalworking companies. In 2006 it became Siet Meccanica, providing precision mechanical parts in the artisan area of Montespertoli, in via della Gora n. 17.
The company currently employs 14 people and occupies approximately 1000 square meters. SIET operates with a diversified fleet of cutting-edge machines that allows for over 95% of the orders received to be completed without the need for external suppliers, with the exception of finishing treatments.
Upon completion/in their final phase, all products pass through a test room equipped with two coordinate machines and high precision equipment in a controlled atmosphere which guarantees that the specifications requested by the customer are always respected, tested and certified.
Our clients are frequently in the aerospace, medical, telecommunications, textile and defense sectors.
ORGANIZATION & MANAGEMENT
Comprehensive process planning is fundamental to the Siet business model and culture. Achieving seamless coherence among all moving parts requires skill, foresight and harmony. Siet Mecchanica has always valued people first, placing great value in professionalism and humanity.
Structured within a large warehouse within the manufacturing hub of Baccaiano, Siet employs a streamlined and efficient model, empowering people while enhancing their skills.
- Siet is directed by Simone Nencioni, founder and chief administrator. Technical production, Admin and general operations report directly to management.
- As Technical Office Manager, engineer Thomas Biscardi provides technical support both in the design and testing phases of products.
General administration is handled by Sandra Scene, while external relations and estimates are handled directly by management. - The Production Manager is Andrea Ghiribelli who oversees the warehouse, staff and equipment.
